At The Club at Lake Gibson Health and Rehabilitation Center, we’re here to help support your recovery and provide a comfortable, nurturing home away from home, when you need it most. Our 77,000 square foot community is designed with a split floor plan for the privacy of our residents. We offer 32 private and 44 semi-private well-appointed suites, all with individual bathrooms and their own shower. Our community is thoughtfully designed to provide an atmosphere conducive to wellness and comfort, including interior courtyards that create an oasis of relaxation and beauty. During your stay with us, you’ll enjoy our spa amenities, as well as numerous dining venues featuring delicious, chef-prepared meal options. Our spacious, welcoming recreational areas allow you to participate in a wide range of activities and our state of the art movie theater is perfect for enjoying an old or new favorite and time with others. At The Club at Lake Gibson your wellbeing is at the center of all that we do.

It’s not always possible to return straight home following a hospital stay. That’s why we’re here to offer you a home away from home, as well as additional care you need in the meantime. We offer skilled nursing care in an inpatient setting with the goal of helping your return home safely. The care you receive, including your treatment and length of stay, is tailored to meet your individual needs and varies based on your illness, injury or medical condition.

Cardiac Care

If you’ve experienced a heart attack, heart failure, surgery or other cardiac event, clinicians are here to help you on your road to recovery. The specialized care provided includes nutrition counseling, exercise, and physical activity, as well as weight and blood pressure management, and more.

Respiratory Care

When respiratory disease, surgery, or other illness makes it hard to breathe, staff is standing by to provide skilled respiratory services and pulmonary therapy. Trained clinicians, who specialize in caring for residents with both acute and chronic lung disease, are on staff to help them breathe easier and enjoy a better quality of life.

Wound Care

Whether you suffer from an ulcer, bed sore, or surgical wound, wound care specialists offer comprehensive wound management including assessment, dressing and caring for non-healing or open to fit your unique needs.

IV Therapy

When your recovery requires IV therapy, the caring and knowledgeable nursing professionals are equipped to handle your needs and provide compassionate care. With end-to-end capabilities to help manage and deliver your intravenous therapy needs, we work to monitor your fluid balance and drug effectiveness and maximize your comfort and recovery.

Bariatric Care

With accommodations designed to meet the unique needs of bariatric patients, the interdisciplinary team is here to offer you the nutritional counseling and management you need post-surgery, as well as specialized exercise and psychosocial support to enhance your recovery.

Speech Therapy

After suffering a stroke, traumatic brain injury, or other condition, you may need help regaining your ability to communicate. The in-house speech therapists focus on speech, voice, language, and cognition exercises, as well as muscle tone and swallowing issues to create a step-by-step plan for your recovery.
